Phil, what anabolic effect if any do you think your mullet had on your training? I've been doing some research, and I noticed that at your largest your mullet was much more pronounced. If you could let me know before I go for my next haircut, it would really be appreciated. Thanks.

ahahahahaha

I use a shampoo with wheat gluten protein. (This is a joke, this is only a joke, do not ban me for lack of sensitivity to people who shampoo regularly or have long hair).

i am extremely offended due to my being folliclely challenged.

it is most definitely not a word but give it a shot at this weekend's scrabble tournament.

LMAO this needs a bump. ProMuscle never fails to make me laugh, i love this place

this is what keeps me so impressed I hope that one day the judging standerds are improved to include the well groomed and designed Mullett...thank you Phill fo your efforts at bringing this up to date...LMAO.....now I like this post a whole lot. I cna walk outside freely and not worry about how my own mullett looks any more. :D

Somone posted this on freakzonline.com a few years ago I laughed so hard I still remember it. I looked it up and the post was still there. I"m about to quote what the guy said.

"Thats a mean mullet, what your secret? MY mullet cycle is 200mg of white trash per wk, stacked with 40mg/day of Pantene Pro V, and sometimes I end my cycle with some Suave Conditioner, and Propecia to counter the side effects of a NASTY mullet, you dig?"

Here's more of how the conversation progressed. It was over a picture some guy posted of his son.

"i think he'll be a future star,i mean luck at mike quinn, lee priest andberry demay, they all had shit hair, haha "

"Next fucker that says something about my kids hair,,,,,, It was not fucking combed, he just woke up! Whats your hair look like when you get out of bed!!! Now post your morning pic!"

Actually, ncsports, you just spelled it wrong. When used correctly, the word folliCLE would be changed to folliCALLY. Although not a commonly used word, gramatically, I think this would be correct in this situation, when converting the noun to an adverb.
My own problem, I think, is not the lack of follicles, but hairs to fill them. :)
