Forgive me Big A....but one more time?

Ok I've searched here and at Rippedmass, and cannot find it.....
You gave instruction at one time about timing of Glucophage. You said to take it ???????? for maxiimum insulin output(to work more like slin) and to tkae it ?????????? to increase insulin sensitivity only(think this one was right after a large carb meal. )
Sorry to ask you to repeat as I know I read it somewhere; I just can't find it! Thanks.
