I'm thinking about going to the Arnold Classic this year so I pulled out a picture album from 98' so that I could start getting psyched for the event. My wife snapped a bunch of pics of me and the superstars of bb. Some of them made good impressions, and some made not so good impressions. Lee Preist was wearing a dress shirt that honestly went down past his knees, but the sleeves were tight and he looked like popeye with his monster forearms. Most of the guys were very nice and let my wife take their pictures while shaking hands with me. Among those were Lee P, Paul Dillett, Nasser, Shawn Ray, Shannon Sharpe (not a bb and not in a very good mood), Vince Taylor (always in a good mood and extremely nice, and gave his signed pics away free unlike the others who charged) Anthony I can't think of his last name, he's a powerlifter and x world record holder, and a few others. I took my wifes pic with Ronnie, Frank Sepe, Gunter, and Greg Kovaks. I also got my pic with Monica Brant, Amy Fahdli, and Trish. These girls were very, very, professional and kind, oh, and gracious. I think they all liked my wife, who has a way with women. I 'd like her to have more "ways" with women. I saw Kamali there supporting ISS, his sponser. He was just as cocky back then, strutting around like a rooster in heat. I asked Lou Ferrigno for a pic and he wouldn't let me take one unless I bought an autograped picture of him. Of course I didn't because I have no desire for autographs. I do like having my pic taken with the guys b/c it gives me an idea of how I compare with them sizewise. That weekend was a blast and ended with an afterparty sponsered by eas and bill phillips. I swear that he was so fuked up that he could barely walk. He had 2 security guards with him the whole time. Those guys even had in earpieces so that they could talk to mission control, or listen to the radio. I saw him try to get up on a chick who was dancing. She pushed him off and was not too happy about it. He really looked like an idiot, and I'll guarantee it wasn't alcohol that blitzed him. I just hope this year is half the contest I saw in 98.
