I work out in the middle of the day. As soon as I get done I usually have a shake -whey and dextrose. Then eat a solid meal within the next 45 minutes. The problem is I'm still a little bloated from the dextrose and calories from the whey. Would using free form BCAA's and Glutamine instead of whey powder make a difference with the bloating and the appetite? BTW, I've already tried maltodextrin and my stomach hates it.
