Frequent deadlifting, kidney pain

Been doing various deadlift variations almost every day, and for a few days now I've been waking up with mild kidney pain on one side.

Is this muscular?

Is this the actual kidney?

I did have some foam in my urine today, but then again, yesterday I didn't and the pain was still there.

I am looking for some in-the-know opinions before I check out a doc.

sounds muscular...

seems to me deadlifting every day will lead to overtraining at lightspeed. that particular exercise is best done once per week. sounds like you pulled something on one side of your lower back.

I have the exact same thing at the moment, although I managed to get my ass of the seat during leg presses

It's probably a basic lumbago which feels like and is located at almost the exact same spot as your kidneys

Pray you dont get spasms like I did because DAMN :D

Why are you deadlifting almost everyday? You are overtraining yourself to the max. Sounds like you are overstessing your lower back. Back off and let your back recover! Do your deads once a week or so, make them count and then walk away until next time.

were you being sarcastic when you said everyday? because if you are being serious then i would hope you don't need our advise on WHY your back and kidneys are hurting . . . common since should tell you whats wrong there . . .

So, what, deadlifting once a week is good, so everyday must be better........right??!! Why do some of you think that more is better with everything????? I don't understand this way of thinking. If you're DLing evryday......or some form thereof....as you put it.........what do you think is going to happen when specific muscles and or body systems do not get time to rest and recover...............??????????? I think you can answer your own question here!! If you are juicing then I would go and see a doctor about the kidney pain and foamy urine.......unless you put soap in your PWO shake!!!
