Slow and steady will get you to your goal. You may not make progress every week, but there will be other weeks that appear like the weight is melting off. Seems like you have a very knowledgable coach. Good luck with your journey. Everyone loves a great transformation story.

Been awhile, how's the progress?
 
Update on diet.

Ok so breakfast.
2 whole eggs and 1 green apple

Midday snack. 1 green apple and a low fat yoghurt

Lunch chicken salad

Mid afternoon protein shake 20grams protein with 300 ml skimmed milk

Snack any fruit i want (2 portions)

Evening meal chicken salad

Before bed protein shake with water. 20 grams protein

I am also now Including Amino acids in my diet before, during and after my work outs.

Weightloss has slowed but it's still steady coming off.

I've kinda hit a BLAH spot, I know I know, it happens, and I know this isn't an overnight thing, but Im on a mission to be in shape and don't have time to be in this mode.

Anyways I've had my pity party, now I've got my big girl pants on about to go hit the gym.

Shes still going bro... il ask het to log in.

A few changes to diet as she has increased protein etc.
 
Sorry for the M.I.A. Lately. My step dad got hit by two cars and was on a ventilating machine. His brain was so swollen they had to remove half of his skull, his ribs were crushed and two broken legs. His face had severe road rash to the point of him being unrecognizable. He developed a brain clot and the doctors said he wouldn't survive the surgery. He was taken off the machine and passed away.

Dealing with that and lawyer stuff has taken much of my time. I am here. I am still running my log. Still transforming ... Just at a slight delay and presence.


Give me a week while the burial is handled etc...

I'll be back... Full swing.

I've had a change is weight. My face is much thinner.
Weight lose has been pretty even everywhere.

Rs is changing my supplements to this--

Change ephedrine and drop clen (2weeks on eph 2 weeks on clen)

Hgh frag 4x at 200 mcg ed

Aod 3x a day at 200 mcg

(2iu hgh prework out on workout days

Non workout days take 10 min before hgh frag)

SR-9009 at 10 mg every day

I'll get a better pic up.... I just wanted to get something up... It's been hell the last 2 weeks... I'm finally getting back into the swing of things ;)
