How many of you get your carbs solely from fruits and vegetables? I'm in the midst of reading a thread on here in which many guys with excellent physiques are championing fruit over oats, rice, etc...
So how does this work for a meal?
Example:
250g chicken breast
2 x 80g bananas
100g stawberries
Something like that? It seems counterintuitive given that sugars are portrayed as the devil and so far, I've got my best gains on virtually sugar-free diets.
