Fruits and Vegetables?

I eat both,but only have fruits in the morning. For vegetables there is no exception.
 
I try to consume as much fresh produce as my stomach will allow while still trying to get all of my calories in. It can be a chore.
 
I started making this semi-disgusting concoction involving protein, kale, spinach, chard, flax seed, tomato, mixed berries, and a banana. Sometimes an avocado. All blended into a big glob of shit that I chug down.

It's really not THAT bad though. 110% worth it for the way I feel. I notice a big difference in my mood, energy, and general quality of life when I make sure to get those nutrients in. My multivitamin doesn't replicate that at all.

I have very little fruit on my diet. I need to follow the calories.
I had to replace a lot of products from ordinary to more nutritious.
 
On any diet will feature vegetables, and only on some variants of diets you have to give up / replace fruit.
 
Yes,Fruits and vegetables daily.
Vegetables in the first part of the day, fruits or a combination of latter in the day.
