I started making this semi-disgusting concoction involving protein, kale, spinach, chard, flax seed, tomato, mixed berries, and a banana. Sometimes an avocado. All blended into a big glob of shit that I chug down.
It's really not THAT bad though. 110% worth it for the way I feel. I notice a big difference in my mood, energy, and general quality of life when I make sure to get those nutrients in. My multivitamin doesn't replicate that at all.
