Gaspari Nutrition- Any Good?

I've just realised that we can get Gaspari Nutrition products here in the UK.

What are your views on it?

I've only been using CNP's Propetide and nothing else for a while, but wanted to give other products a go.

I've used a few of their products and I was impressed. The SuperPump250 was good. Worked every bit as good as NOXPlode, but without the stomach upset and bloating that the BSN product gave me.

Also, I enjoyed the Novedex XT. Good stuff. Gaspari doesn't skimp it seems on his products. I still want to try the Plasma Jet.

i've tried the sizeon creatine and thought that worked pretty well. no complaints here, used the lemon lime flavor. this was a few years ago so things may be different now in terms of taste, mixability, effectiveness, etc

I like them alot. SP 250 and SO are both great IMO. There proteins taste great but there is alot of extra junk they put in other than protein. Overall one of the better comp. Also I like that they at least do a little research. Granted the studies are really small but they are still 100% more than what most comps do.

Their Plasmajet is great. I took it about 3x-4x a week in the morning, and my vascularity increased greatly all day long. I was actually thinking about buying it again since I'm on Keto and the small veins are killin me!

I'm with you on this. Its over priced garbage, all these super pumps, and size on , and no explde products can be made by each and everyone here with a little reasearch. Look at the ingredients, BCAA's, creatine, dextrose, glucose, glutimine, caffiene, mahuang extract, ephedra, b vitamins. I can go on and on. You could use creatine and other over the counter products to produce close to the same mixture at 1/3 of the cost per serving. Just food for thought.

The problem with making them yourself is the time it takes, and the clutter it makes in your kitchen.

So much easier to just buy it in one container.

I tried the DIY route and will never do it again, I had 5 different containers and had to do "the rounds" on them, such a pain in the ass.

Gaspari products are top notch.

I've used their Superpump and Sizeon and liked it... I just started using their plasma Jet and really like the pump i get... Cost a little more, but i like their products..

like someone said very pricey for what is in it. that being said there sizeon pills was one of the only times i got real results with creatine. and monohydrate tears me up. when they first came out with superpump250 it was more like superpoop1000 untill they reformulated it.
but i like glycerin now with some l-arganine pills. cheap to.

well superpump gave me the runs pre workout, I do my first set and be in the toilet for 10 mins. I actually settled on about a half of the reccomended dose and it worked just aswell. Which makes it good value i suppose.

In the UK ebay has the occasional bargain for gaspari products. Trade prices are still expensive

i used size on a lot throughout college and it helped me bulk up. I highly recommend it as it worked great for me and i still use it!
