they had some issues with my order a couple yrs. ago...to make a long story short and still get my point across...I explained to D.K.(the OLM rep) what happened......then a day or so later, he PM'd me back with a $150 credit to GENXXL, now keep in mind I received my first order, it just took a bit longer then exspected...I still haven't redeemed my credit, but as soon as I need some BD gear, I will definatly do business with Mr.X and his crew.....NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.......
