Getting Test levels tested.

I may want to get my levels tested after I start my cycle.. I saw that site on here that someone linked to, where you pay online, and just go to a testing facility near your house for the actual test..

Anyways, I'm wondering WHICH test is the one where it tells you that you're say, 700ng/dl or whatever.. There's quite a few different tests, all varying in price, and I'm just interested in that basic one where you see how many ng you have.. Here's the different tests:

Testosterone (Free), Serum With Total $89
Testosterone, Free (Direct), Serum $69
Testosterone, Free (Direct), Serum With Total Testosterone $89
Testosterone, Free and Weakly Bound $89
Testosterone, Total, Serum $45

I figured the $89 ones were the best, but would #5 be the basic x amount of ng/dl ?

Couldn't you just request a full work up from our primary? If he asks you could just say it is something you have read is worth monitoring as you age?
I say that because the co-pay would seem cheaper.
