gh and fat loss

hey guys I was wondering what is a decent dosage of GH per day just for fat loss. Currently I am doing 2IU a day been 5 weeks now and someone has told me to take some T3 since Gh shuts down your t3. I am on no gear what so ever. Just gh.ANy feedback would be awesome. thanks guys

4iu's is good for fat burning properties of HGH. T3 shouldnt be needed on anything under 5iu's.
 
Dat so do you reccomend taking HGH pre workout as apposed to PWO?

You start off by defining in what bodyscultping phase are you currently in.

Fatloss or muscle gain.

If fatloss then the use of GH will be primarily to mobilize fat stores and preserve muscle.

Fat loss requires the mobilization of fatty acids and the subsequent "burning up" of released fat. In addition the presence of a countervailing hormone insulin (while great for tissue accrual) impedes the lipolysis created by GH.

So with those things in mind you want GH to be active when insulin is quiet. You want GH to be active during time periods where you can "burn off" the newly mobilized fats.
 
Dat you so confused me there?I do cardio in the morning and wegiths/cardio in evening. So shud i split 1IU in mornign and 1IU pre workout?
 
If fat loss is what youre after, shoot your dose as soon as you wake, perform fasted cardio,
dont eat for atleast an hour or more after your cardio, and keep carbs low thruout
the entire day.
