GH, MGF, SLIN, IGF TIMING CONFUSION

alright so im confused. there are tons of articles/info on when/how to
use gh, slin, igf PWO BUT how would you change the protocol when throwing mgf (not the peg version) into the mix pinning pwo with carbs and pro?

so correct me if im wrong the protocol typically would be:

1) Pin gh IM immediately post WO?
2) 20 min later IGF?
3) 10 min after igf use slin?
4) carb/pro shake?

should you drink the carbs seperatly from the protein? where does MGF fit in? with the gh immediately PWO?

if you read through the articles mgf was either down the day before the in the trained muscle and then later determined n it was said to be not necessary an done the morning of training after morning igf-1/insulin if training in PM.

Then some say after training with igf-1because it is a variant of igf-1 and others say use it after training and do your igf-1 th day after because they can't be together.

So who knows!!!

The original order you had it in worked very well for me last time and was only done 3x per week and I plan on doing it again.

I would go for the preg version next time that way you can pin it the day before training. Somthing with IGFLR3 and Preg MGF competiting for the same recptor sites. I would use the regular version before training I think it has a very short half life so then your muscles will be primed for growth after your workout and PWO cycle. Your muscles will be like sponges sucking all the nutritiants into the muscle so at this time your nutrition is at its most importance.

Right after you have had your peptides,
Have over 10g of carbs per iu of slin in the fourm of wazy maize or dextrose. With this also have creatine, glutamine and BCAAs.
2omins later have 5g of synthepure per iu of slin. Eat a good clean meal one hour after training, the next meal within 2 hours. If at any stage you fell dizzy or going to pass out eat more sugars. Never fall asleep PWO till all the slin is under control.

Here's what I did last time. Only 3x per week did
12iu's GH im pwo
then 20min later 30mcg igf
then 10mi later 10iu slin(humalog) and immedialy slammed 100g waxy maize and 70g CFM whey. Then one hour later I had 50carbs from something like rice or potato's(starchy) and 10oz meat. NO fat. Then 2.5hrs later I went back to normal eating.

I know hes a douche bag but his protocol made me scratch my head since he say to regular mgf PWO and igf and hour after that?? WTF?? what he says sorta makes sense but honestly I dont know a whole lot about timing or its every one opinion whats best.

based on that hes basically saying (by combining all the info I have pieced)
1) MGF/HGH PWO
2) 20 min after mgf/hgh do slin/carbs
3) 40 min later do IGF
4) 20 min after IGF whey shake?? ah fuck me, im confused :confused:

seems like WAYYYY to long after working out for the protein. that makes it like 80min after weight training...sounds retarded to me.

The guy is a tool, feel free to flame. Dont think there will be much. I gave the best advice I could.

If PWO protein is your worrie eat a steak 1/1.5 hours before training it will be broken down slow so your body will have protein at all times so you wont shrink.

Thats it. The same machinery creates muscle IGF-1 & MGF. Using the analogy of a garden hose, it first uses the MGF "nozzle" to create MGF and then later switches nozzles to IGF-1.

In your case you are talking about supplying MGF yourself not having the body make it.

As far as uptake, they (IGF-1 & MGF) don't compete for the same receptors so technically they could be administered together. But look how the body does it...MGF first followed by muscle IGF-1.

There was nothing wrong at all with what Big Bapper said. His advice based on experience fits in with what you would expect from science. He doesn't need me to say so but the big guinea pig knows what he is talking about.

By-the-way I doubt AR has used many of the things he claimed to use in his articles. He feared that one of the GHRPs would put him in a hypoglycemic coma so he took it and had a friend sit with him all day. Why? If you were that concerned or curious you would just buy a $10 glucometer and test your blood sugar at intervals.

I only bring this up because it is insulting to people that know what they're talking about to say "...but AR says that".

I wasnt trying to be disrespectful or insulting at all bro, sorry if it came off that way. I had never heard anything like that thats the only reason i questioned it. like i said i know AR is a douche and shoulda just listened to BB.

Thanks for your kind words buddy. So the idea of shooting PREG MGF the night before a workout and IGF PWO is simply because it is the way the body makes the peptides naturally.

I would still say pre-workout, however I have only used the preg version and used it the day before I took my IGF PWO.

So what I would do is MGF before your workout.
PWO GH, 20mins later IGF and 10mins later humalog. Nutrition

ah ok bro that makes sense. you do pro/carbs together after the log or do you seperate carbs and pro PWO? sounds like all together.
 
Right you'll need to bear with me on this one but if i remember correct MGF is actually a type of IGF (or something like that)

And that the IGF raise caused by GH use is the MGF type hence why GH and IGF work well together !

Was something along those lines maybe the more clued up bros can explain
