Guys,
Ive ran many different Protocols but never PWO.
I was always told the carbs will cause the GH to be masked or altered in someway or other, im no biochemist but always been told if it aint broken why fix it.
My Pre workout is alot of carbs
With a high carb shake during also sizeon/ vitargo
Ive ONLY ever ran my GH in the AM or Night
I ran for the longest time 4ius ED apon waking.
Then ran 8ius ED in the AM found this to be great. (BEST RESULTS)
Tried 8ius ED upon waking- then 4ius before bed but i was in alot of pain joints etc... but i was growing like mad.
In all the above i have used and Insulin (Humaloge) on weaker bodypart days, also dambled in the IGF on and off. With the IGF1 i used 60mcg split in 4x shots through out the day sort of a modified version of G.Kanes routine.
So this lead me to my next question PWO
Ive read that so many you guys are doing it PWO at high doses this scares me, i just dont wana waste my GH.
