gH Question - What to buy

Ok, like a good member I have searched through the records here and looked for some information for my upcomming gh cycle hopefully.

K I'm going to inject into the stomach area sub cu with an insulin needle. SOunds good right.

Now can anyone recommend which type (brand rec) and dose of gh to get/take? I have a place to get somatropin...but I dont know enough about it.

Also what's with those sprays and stuff I've been trying to research it but I can't find anything but bs. My girl would like to try the sprays, but I'm not gonna waste money if I can go to the source. ::tar-wars
