that is making it too complicated. how much are you doing? i would do it post workout (if you are only doing a little bit to where you only need 1 shot per week). or if i don't have anytime after, i would just do when i get up. it will not make any difference... don't make things too complicated.
i am dieting for a show now as well only doing 35min. 3xper week. im taking 4iu/ED. 2 when i wake up and two post workout.
