the question is, are the 4i.u vials smaller in size then the 10i.u vials?

the reason im asking is i just got my order in, and i put the vials side by side with another order froma different sponsor(10i.u vials) and the vials are exactly the same size, and the amount of powder is exactly the same amount.

They probably put more filler and other stuff in the vials.
