Hey all new to the board. I have a quick question. I have been taking 15mg MK677 and 150mcg Hexarelin around 3:30pm and then napping and working out around 6:30pm. I have found that I have better success dealing with the hunger spike this way and also nap dreams are ridiculously vivid (I believe from gh spike). Anyone else have had success dosing it pre workout nap? Is it smart and will the gh splice into its different variants on time for my workout(ex: igf and mgf)?
 
This chart shows where all the GH spikes are for MK-677. It shows how long it takes for each spike to occur.
With hexarelin the GH spike is after 45 minutes.
I have no idea on mgf. IGF1 goes after gradually after use of each.
A preworkout nap is always a great idea for me. You wake up refreshed and ready to train.

Thanks man appreciate the reply very informative as well with the charts. Iit seems to me that a smaller MK677 dose stacked with the ghrp is better than just one or the other (other being full doses of each (3x100mcg shots or 25mg mk) for the simple reason that ou can have consistently heightened levels of igf and gh and you can time your spike when you want (pre fasting cardio) whereas ghrp only you won’t have consistent blood levels like mk and with ghrp only there isn’t the luxury of being able to time your spike.
