100/100 is generally considered the saturation dose for both, or you can do 1mcg/kg of bodyweight, of course you can always do 100/100 then taper down to 50/50 to see if less get similar effects... you should notice effects fairly soon at least in regards to better quality sleep, all depends on what your wanting to accomplish...
I am taking it for tendon healing; any muscle gain or fat loss is more than welcome. I just didn't know if it was like prami and you had to work up to a full dose (saturation dose) or you would feel sick.
U can fire away with saturation right from the start. Ur better off that way so you know how your body can handle it. Highly doubt you'll get sick but if you have to taper down from there due to issues that develop like hunger or other gastric effects then you can. Everybody is different, especially with the different peptides and their effects on body, some get hunger, some dont etc.
As far as healing purposes for tendons etc.. which was my main reason for considering peptides in the first place, you may notice less pain discomfort after a week or two but will have to be consistent for probably at least 6 to 8weeks for overall maximum healing effects..
