Anybody here ever tried one of his 6*6, 8*8, or 10*10 routines ?
For those who don't know them, basically it's one exercise per musclegroup, 6 sets of 6 reps, every bodypart trained twice or three times a week, with only 30 seconds rest in between sets.
The progression lies in the fact the you reduce your rest to as little as 10-15 seconds between sets eventually and thus creating an overload by doing more work in less time (with the same weight or even slightly increased weight).
You can do this in one of the three formats but it's advised to start out with 6*6.
It sounds very interesting to me and since I have been having aches all over the place and this calls for a serious weight reduction I'm going to try it for a while.
Anyone who already did it ?
