Posing Routines

I was a national judge and host of bodybuilding shows from 2007 until 2012.

I have to admit that posing routines was one of my favorite parts of the competitions.

Here are some of my favorites.

At 2:14 you can see one of the best posers in that time. Probably the best routine I've seen on stage. P.S the guy with the papers is me

In 2008 I created this routine for a friend of mine to compete.

And I also made one for myself just for fun.

In 2014 I did this routine for this friend who competed.

Now i´am working on something for another guy to show on stage in 2018.

Well, this was shot almost 2 weeks ago with about 3 hours total practice over 2 weeks time.

Still very basic but this is the structure of the routine, still needs to smooth some moves and synchronize with the music.
After some brainstorming me, my friend from the routine in 2014 and the other one come up with this.

Already some new ideas and moves on the work.
Will update in a couple of weeks
