Question
Alright guys, I have read this thread as well as the article referenced in the last post. I still need more.
For the last 2 months I have been cutting. T prop, and tren ace. I am the kind of guy who eats some sugar or carbs and just blows up. The mid section is not pretty usually. But since the cut I look good. Abs are back! Anyways, I eat very few carbs all day. Mainly in the form of vegetables, if you call them carbs. Then on sunday I carb up, so this is more of a cyclic ketogenic I guess. I am still loosing. I want to drop another 10 lbs.
I got my hands on this stuff, and want to use it to my advantage. What are your opinions? Perhaps I start eating carbs in my post workout meal, or just a post workout high carb shake with the metformin. I don't want to screw up the fat loss I have going on. But would like to boost it, if possible, or atleast boost my muscle repair/recovery. I cannot consider ANY of my meals high carb, so is there any point to just taking it now???
