I want to give the supplement L-Glutamine a good go. I've tried it in the past but not for very long and I'm unsure if I was using it in the most effective way. What I need to know is timing, dosages and what to take it with to get the optimal effect. Thanks in advance! :)
 
Here is my input and I'll keep it as unbiased
as I can in reference to dosages, since I probably
have some benefit of people consuming it like candy. :)

20 grams daily.
10 grams post training.
10 grams at bed time.

Stacked with BCAA's at the same times and all the better.
 
i thought u said Pre and postworkout was optimal for glutamine and aminos....in your BCAA article
 
bedtime wih some akg and pre and post workout with bcaa.Really helped me out when dieting.
superior recs. are good.
 
What type of results should I expect to see from supplementing with Glutamine? Also could I combine my Glutamine with my Creatine Ethyl Ester?
 
I've read that creatine and glutamine compete for absorbtion. DOn't take them together. I've read this in a couple BB nutrtion books.
