They use glycerol via injection to simulate kidney injury in rats/mice

same thing can happen in humans if too much is used IV

oral route is totally safe

From all the information I’ve read, there’s nothing to suggest that it wouldn’t be ok.

Doesn’t mean it IS ok though, lot of stuff going on w kidney disease states that I’m not fully aware of I’m sure.
