Hi guys,

are there any health risks regarding the idea of adding 10-15ml glycerine/glycerol to your daily pre workout in order to get a better pump?

Not at all. As far as I know, it's actually good for you.
 
Never heard of a negative. I use glycerol monosterate all the time.
 
I hope theres no negatives because ive been taking two heaping scoops of hydromax with my magic shakes 3 days a week.

Stuff is great.
 
Yeah obviously the stuff is in a lot of pump supplements in powder form but maybe not that concentrated?

I'm talking 99,5% pharma quality liquid ...thought about adding it via syringe and maybe needle into my pre workout shake.

"Sterile" Glycerol is sometimes used as a local site enhancer PWO.
Reports of a great pump usually accompanies its description.
 
It’s some great stuff! My buddy used to sell a preworkout with glycerol as the base. It had a bunch of herbal stimulants and metabolism boosters in it.
 
It’s also suppose to help with hangovers if you use it before heavy drinking. Not that anybody on pm would drink heavily. Lol Just sayin.
 
Any body here remember LBAs?

I currently use something called Liquacel, that has a very similar makeup with 16g of protein and 6g of glycerin per serving. Its a thick gel and the Watermelon and Peach/Mango flavors are incredible.
