As we have talked about before eating when you are not hungery is a bad idea. By choking down protein when your body doesn't want it results in a catabolic response and your muscles flatten out. From personal experience has any of you kept an eye on what your skin looks like after a few days of forcing food down? Has your skin become gummy from retaining water and getting fatter?
