good carbs vs "bad carbs"
how many have actually noticed a difference in your dieting when using good vs bad carbs. when i mean bad carbs im not talikng about donuts and pizza, im mean pasta,white bread,ect.... the whole reason i ask is because 2 guys and myself got in a discussion today at the gym.they asked me how i was getting in shape so fast, i then told them im just using a pretty simple diet which includes getting all my carbs from fruits and green vegtables.they proceded to tell my the type of carbs doesnt matter its all about the macro nutrient ratio.these 2 guys have been competing for the past 3-4 yrs and they have done very well each show.they make gains each yr.there not huge,1 is about 165 siny degle digit bf and the other is about 180 single digit bf so they defentaley know how to stay in shape is my point.what have u guys learned so far,type of carb or macro ratio?
