The recent change in direction of this board has given me no choice but to walk.This is the only board I belong to,and the reason was because it was the only place where you get such an awesome group of guys with so much bodybuilding knowledge.I learned alot from you guys and I hope I was able to help a few of you out when you asked.

Being that we were so close knit,the discussion often turned to non bodybuilding topics.Whether it was someones dog dying,a family member sick,job loss,relationship issues etc. this was the place to come.Your friends and family at home can only help so much,sometimes you need another opinion.Especially from guys with similar interest.And that being bodybuilding,the one thing that binds everyone on this board.It crosses race,religion whatever,we are all brothers on here.Brothers fight,brothers love,brothers care.We are all here for each other.

This is a great family on Promuscle,and just like a family we also discuss race,politics and religion.Subjects that have millions of view points,but each of them valid because everyone is entitled to their own opinion.Just because I disagree with you,does not mean I love you any less.On the contrary,I have more love and respect for you because you do not conform.You are a man and you stand up for what you believe in.No man on this Earth should have the power to deny your free speech,only your death can silence you.

In recent months,it seems we have a problem.Two mods in particular(nameless for now) are on a mission to destroy free thought.You mention race,your thread is deleted.Your opinion "offends" someone,goodbye,your thread is gone.Now,what is this decision based on.What society finds offensive?Thats where political correctness comes from,thats how our society works.Its a weak,feminine way of thought,and our country shall perish because of it.

But wait a minute,this is a board where we openly discuss drug use.We talk about self injecting massive quantities of hormones.Last I checked,that is EXTREMELY politicaly incorrect.I understand that it is part of our subculture,but isnt a bunch of muscle heads sitting around discussing politcs etc. also a part of it?

This board is amazing.The old UG was on a seperate level,nothing will ever come close to that,but Promuscle is 1B if the UG was 1A.So what is going on here?Why has the view of a few become the end all be all of the board?We have some awesome mods here that are true VETS.Been around since the UG,they know how this family works,they know how to keep things active and interesting.They know how much leash to give,and thankfully the leash is long.But a couple of new guys come around and run the show?No,I wont stand for it.

So,I am going to become a lurker for now.I want to see if things change.I want to still learn from the old guard that still roams here.My PM box is always available for my brothers to reach me.But as far as posting?I refuse.I DO NOT want to bite my tongue because mommy and daddy say so.I am a fucking man,and I have helped far more people on here then I hurt.So what if I offended a few people,I have been offended countless times.Its part of life.So to all those that get upset and cry when someone says something,grow a pair of balls.To anyone that wants to stifle freedom of speech,get your head out of your ass,your not that important.

To every single one of my brothers on here,I love each of you.You are men,be proud of it.You all know who you are.And to anyone that disagrees with me,in my purest form,the way I have dealt with pansy asses since the UG began

your one of the best in the community in my opinion.
I have to stand behind you here and say you make some Very good points.
A Lot of Us have been Bullshitting on these forums For many a years now
and you my friend are in that inner circle of trust... and One of the select few
(IMO) that are still in or from the Core group of promuscle.....

I understand where your coming from, Fuck man Me and Vander Butted heads
to the Point I was ready to Drive to Az with the Boxing gloves for a friendly few rounds of Lets kick eachothers ass.. Honestly considered it!
I felt like he Came storming in and Started stepping on the toes of some of us VETS.

Ive read Just a bit of what been going on so Im not realy all caught up on the situation or in the "know" I guess.

I do know BIGA has always wanted to keep a pretty professional atmosphere
so it didnt turn into a getbig or Mayhem with the Flames.....were all in this together..

So I can see both sides of this.... I also know BIGA is NOT one to edit or delete a lot of threads...all the years Ive seen VERY VERY few he himself
deleted... and they were cleary No good for the forum or nothing that would help anyone.
Hell were all Full grown adults here so Unless its Realy out of line or directly insulting someone I say you have to let the members Talk openly.

I understand your frustration...in recent months, this board has gone from 1800 members to 5,000+ and it seems that our quiet little home has brought in some trash. I think the MODS do a great job at keeping the drama down and the topics good. Yeah some post about lost pets, loved ones, and even some porn clips have made it to our community.

I do like the debates on here...it seems to draw the most attention...

I am sure the MODS are just trying to keep things level and not catering to one person or another...HEck they deleted my PROTEIN FART thread

I think if something is that offensive to someone, they delete it so it does not become a bashing thread.

WEll best of luck to you and poke your head in once and a while.

I do think that everyones opinion is valid and real and should be respected, Ur very right!! I for one am so very stubborn and argumentative as many can vouge for me

I for speaking ur mind and opinion and respecting someone if they disagree or feel differently. No need to insult anyone or make them feel bad cuz how they feel and believe (this is how wars r started). IMO I believe that this new form of filtration has been put forth due to other people on here writing very, very disrespectfully to other members with little or no respect for their opinion and feelings. We can all debate in a very mature, respectful manner so we do not offend people. There is a lot of issues in this world of sex, race, money...etc. I say speak what u feel and think on an issue, but do not disrespect others becuz one feels differently. WTF hope you dont go I dunno I just ignore things that offend me and there are things that do. A good debate is always nice without all out flaming a particular member. But I dont see why its ok for one group to use a card or say this or that or I dunno touchy any where you speak about it all groups have their trash.
