good remedy for inflammed/swollen muscles

I did something to my right forearm, i dont know what, but for the past couple days its been slightly swollen and i have a decent amout of pain when i suplinate my wrist. also the ACT of making a fist hurts, but it doesnt persist once the fist is made. I was hoping i just tweaked it and it would go away, but its been a few days and its not better at all. Ive tried icy/hot and it didnt do anything.

Anybody got any ideas of what it might be or how to treat it?

Sounds like either carpal tunnel or tendonitis, or even arthritis. Most likely carpal tunnel. I have the same thing in my left wrist. It comes and goes, when I irritate it. It helps me if I wear lifting gloves with good wrist support. I usually just massage the shit out of mine until it disappears. Hope this helps.

and the other day after training i went to the driving range and WTF! the next day i couldnt move my wrist
and the day after it hurt but i still trained.

my girl bought me muscle mend made by burts bees and wow pain significantly decreases look into it

ok thanks. ill give that a try. I dont think its arthritis or carpel tunnel. I can FEEL the muscle being swollen. Hopefully these suggestions work
