OK
2200? how bad was it? I have just a tiny little bit on one side, but its driving me nuts to have something under my skin.
would one expect to pay less for a less involved procedure?
is it local anesthesia or do they put you out? i would imagine that impacts the cost quite a bit if its general.
I did it before it got "Bad", matter of fact you really couldn't see it, but it could be felt, and it would itch sometimes.
There were two reasons Beta I had it done EARLY, One it was per advice from other BB'ers and Dr. Wustrack (My surgeon), I was told by more than one source if you decide to have it done, it's BEST to have it done before your nips get "Too" puffy, or to the point it will be bad enough to slightly stretch the areola thus permanently changing it's appearance. The way it was explained to me that if you had it done as almost a "Preemption" that the results will have a higher chance of a pleasing/natural look.
The other reason being that unlike now with the wealth of good info like this board (I think back in '94 I was still looking at a DOS screen on my 386, lol) on estro and hormone management, I felt like there were no real tools, or guide (Well a reliable one) that I could follow with personal confidence to control this issue.
So instead of flying blind, and after seeing some examples of "Man Boobs" I said "Cut em out now".
They did "Put me out" Via Pills + IV. I fell asleep quickly early in the day, and woke up in the afternoon. I went home groggy, and stayed that way until the middle of the next day.
I really can't answer the question about if it's a "Less involved procedure", I don't know. Hope this helps.
yea ...since i posted this i have decided (along with your help) that this would be a bad idea... i am hooking up with Phil and going to get some expert advice on where i should go from here in my diet, training, and supplementing...
also OC i forgot to ask but ...do you have and before and after pics so i could get an idea of what u look like before and after gyno surgery bro???
VERY GOOD IDEA RONJON! I learned a WEALTH of great info on training from Phil back when he lived by here in 1995. I still use many of the principles, techniques to this day with great results.
Recently he gave me some pointers that were a huge help. And I can't wait to hire him to drive my training home.
I don't have useful before pics. I will snap a web cam (That's all I have) pic of my chest and either send it to ya or post. I have to wait for the "Opportune" time, some people here might think it's strange if I start "Peeling off" and hold the cam in front of my, well, you get the idea.
But I can describe what I have now as a long term result of my surgery. When I push on the entire nip and surrounding area there is no "Lumpiness" or difference in thickness of the skin/fat at all. If I take my hands and stretch the nip area you can still see a hairline scar the thickness of a business card running the lower half of the nipple. It is not raised, or "Nasty" at all, you have to really strain to see it, especially now that I am tan. I hope this new info helps you RON, take care. -OC-
