click manage attachments and then click browse. Find where it is on your puter, and click on it. Then click load. then close window and make your post.

I did that and it told me that it was an invalid file type..how do I make it valid?

i can't even get it to do that ...god damn it..my girl can't even figure it out and she knows how these things work...i may have to call in a support team to give me the DL on how to do it..man i feel like a newbie...lol..

give this a shot. Click rename under the file. then AFTER the title type .jpg and hit enter. See what happens. If not open it in paintshop then click file, open, then locate it and open it in paintshop. Then go to file again and click SAVE AS. Then before you click save there is 2 long white boxes. Top one is the name of the file, the bottom one has an arrow. Click on the arrow and move it to the one that says JPG, JPEG, etc... then click it. Then click save. Problem solved.

not very much longer...training is great again and i am looking better clean then i never thought....my weight is goin up lil by lil ...prohormones rock guys...gotta get more of them it is the first time i took them and on week 1 i feel different and i think i am hardening up..
