I came across a recipe on other site for great tasting breakfast idea.Take 4 whole eggs 1/4 cup low fat cheese cup oats and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.mix it all up with wisk ,cook 5 minutes each side.Dont flip all the way over.Just take one end with spatchler and fold over.Serve with smart balance butter and low sugar syrup.yummy yumy all the way to my tummy.Low fat version do eggg whites and 1/2 cup of oats.modify to your diet.Also you can add fruits blue berries straw berries and my favorite bananas.
