Just felt like ranting cuase im in a great mood lol. Have you ever gone to the gym one day and everything you lift just feels like NOTHING? Iv been clean for 4 weeks, NEVER thought id set personal records in lifts while i was clean(im on creatine lol). Might not seem like a lot to some of you, but be assured its a lot for me and i use near flawless form with everything. I even slightly pause at the bottom for all my presses, and squeeze every rep for triceps.
Today i broke a personal record on EVERY lift i did. . .
Incline dumbell presses 140's x 8 reps (full range of motion)
Smith Machine shoulder presses (our smith bar is true weight) 275 x 6 reps
Skullcrushers, not sure what the cambered bar weighs but 45+35 each side for 6 reps.
Barbell rows 315x8 (i use a little bit of momentum on these)
Free Motion pulldowns (you all might not know what the machine is, its more of a rich health club type machine, but it is awesome) 180x6
Cant wait to get back on cycle. . .
