ok, so Im currentyl doing 750mg Test C and 450mg Deca a week, Im upto week 8 now and enjoying it (this is currently my 4th cycle). I was thinking abouit extending it to 16 weeks but without the deca, is this a good option.


Plus, ive been readin alot about staying on a low dose of say Test 250mg each week inbetween cycles.


Would you guys recommend this, what possible benefits, problems could arise ?

It just that i start to notice good gains quite late on in the cyce (after week 6 or 7), like some other people do !

I'm on almost the same cycle and I was thinking about stopping the deca at 14 weeks but continuing to use test. I ran this cycle a while back and loved it but when I got off I could literal see myself shrink right before my eyes. I don't want that to happen again and I think I'm going to bridge with test and start back up the deca after 8 weeks off.
 
I tend to agree with Steele, you are too young, IMO to think about continous doses. You need to give your body a break in between, I recommend 8 weeks.
 
Let me first say this,If you abuse YOU LOSE..Its no short cuts in this bodybuilding game...I been competing for over 10 yrs an I will never take more with the hope of getting bigger..Most of yr weight gain from any cycle is WATER WEIGHT..Life is to short an everytime you put an illegal substance in your body,Your putting your health at risk....Unless your a top ATHLETE or Professional,I DONT THINK ITS WORTH IT..I'm 6'4 an I can easily fill my frame up to be 350lbs etc..FOR WHAT?So I cant breath an put my heart under extreme stress..Definetely not worth it..Keep things in moderation an work yr ass of in the gym..Its nothing you can take thats gonna make you JAY CUTLER ETC...So hopefully my advice will steer you in a more positive direction..GOOD LUCK..
