gyms in pittsburgh?

im moving to pittsburgh next month to a area called squirrel hill....was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas on good gyms etc. in the area

Not sure about gyms over that way but there are some AWESOME restaurants in Squirrel Hill (Pangea, Silk Elephant, Mineo's Pizza, among others... Also be sure to hit up the waterfront sometime). Welcome to the 'Burgh!

Try the Finess Factory on Highland Ave in Shadyside used to train there was good back in the day not sure of the phone number thuogh. Hope it gives ya start not to far from Squirll Hill.

thanks for the replys will def try the fitness factory out.....will also hit up the water front heard it was sweet from numerous ppl.

Try Exercise Warehouse in Bloomfield. Harder core gym (at least it once in the late 90's).
