Gyms in pittsburgh

Anyone here live in the city or go to a gym around the Shadyside or Bloomfiend area? I just started working down in the city and I dont get back home til later so im trying to find a gym to hit after work?

Looking for something not super expensive and not like a health club, a real gym...

Also my girlfriend may be joining as well...

Bloomfield-- Warehouse Factory on Liberty
Lawrenceville -- Celli Fitness Center ( tell Ryan u were referred by Big D)

East Liberty -- Urban fitness on Penn- new heard it is decent
East Liberty -- Fitness 1

Downtown Pitt-- Golds

Greentree -- Platinum ( behins Parkway center Mall )

Thats awesome helps alot actually...I was thinking about the Warehouse in Bloomfield my dad acutally used to be sponsored by them...

My cousin Works at the USX building he said the Gold was pricey...

i believe golds and Platinum may be your cheapest around 30
Celli's is about 60 a month
Urban and fitness hovers around 40

Awesome Im gonna go monday and check them out...Urban gives a free 2 day pass...have you heard anything about Fitness Factory? its a block away Ive peaked in but havent gone in

lifeforce is in the south hills, its the old golds gym south
fitness fact is a good spot tho
webbs world of fitness is in plum, small but nice facility
theres a shit ton of la fitnesses around
i forget but theres a huge spot in wexford, a lil north of the city, owned by dave brown, he used to own allegheny athletic club, then moved it down the road

Thanks FRK I think im gonna go check out the Fitness Factory...im trying to keep it local to the Shadyside Since ill be riding the bus too and from work so wherever I can walk to and walk home...

I feel silly asking but do you know if they allow chalk or if thats frowned upon? I feel totally naked without it though
