Hello to all,
I haven't posted here in some time. I'm currently running a "research" cycle on some "animals". Here is the protocol. This is more or less a cutting cycle
50mg Strombafort(Winstrol) oral Mon, Wed, Fri
5iu's HGH Bluetops(generic) ED PWO
Equipose 500mg /week
Test Prop 100mg Mon, Wed, Fri
DNP 200mg/day
50mcg T3 ED
1mg Anastrozole ED
200 mcg Clenbuterol (liquid) ED
*also throwing in lipodrene everyday before cardio in the AM*
*cardio is done at 6:30am ED on an empty stomach
followed by a protein shake containing 10g glutamine, 10g creatine, and 50g of protein*
Diet is clean. Low fat, Moderate carbohydrate intake, high protein.
The test subject is roughly 22% bodyfat, weighing 280 pounds.
Training split is as follows:
day 1 - Chest & Biceps
day 2 - legs
day 3 - off
day 4 - back & rear delts
day 5 - shoulders & triceps
day 6 - off
*repeat*
Cardio is everyday 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Looking to shed some major bodyfat as well as build up a solid base of muscle.
SO HERE IS MY MAIN QUESTION.
WE ARE LOOKING TO ADD SOME Long-R3-IGF-I INTO THE STACK.
DOSAGE WISE. WOULD 100MCG/DAY PWO INTO MUSCLE BEING WORKED BE EFFECTIVE?????
