Having trouble with weight loss

I'm 5'7" and 230lbs now. When I started the low fat diet 3 weeks ago I was clipping the lbs off as planned.
I started using synthrol for my biceps & triceps. since then my weight loss has all but stopped. From reading the ingredients on the back of the Synthrol bottle I noticed it's mostly MCT oil. Can this be effecting my weight loss?
When using MCT Oil you use about a table spoon per meal to prevent muscle loss. I'm injecting 11cc's per day. I figure this may be slowing down my weight loss.
Any ideas on this??

From what I understand (via datbtrue), injecting mct oil is essentially no different than ingesting it.

That's what I think is happing. I'm getting good results using it and hate to stop. My contest is 4 months away, maby I shouldn't worry?

I probably wouldn't worry now. You could always drop your dietary fat intake down a little, if you are worried about fat loss progress.
