HCG question

I forgot......if u have hcg without bac water....what can you get to use with it?........
and another thing...which has nothing to do with this post.........I saw Paul Dillets brother in the gym today.....this guy hasn't worked out in 3 yrs and he still looks great....he was saying that his cousin is 16yrs old 6'1" and 190 natural and shredded......he was saying it's genetics...just runs in his family...
