HCG while on TRT

While on physician prescribed TRT and your testicles have shriveled to raisins, what would be the best protocol to administer HCG?

i always got great results with 500iu once per week to keep the kids full and functional. the idea being to just stimulate with a small doseage rather than anihilate with several 1000iu's per shot which can eventually lead to desensitivity.
