Is there an ideal heart rate zone for fat loss? I've been told to shoot for 135 to burn fat and am wondering if this is factual or a myth. I've read some information on the web and the information I have read contradicts itself.
Depends on your age, height and weight. Be careful using your heart rate as a guide because if its too high that will not be good for keeping muscle. When I do my cardio I shoot for between 117 and 125. But Im 41 yrs old and weigh 265.
