So Ive been working on my squats latley and my shoulders are killing me ,I put the bar pretty far back when going heavy ,Im guessing this is pulling /stretching my shoulders back in a bad way as I grip the bar.I was thinking of getting a cambered squat bar ,then I thought ,what if I just attach my cheap lifting straps to the bar and grip them?Any input would be great as you would not belive the PAIN im having cuz of this
