Had a similar issue a while ago — lots of shoulder crunching and discomfort, especially with pressing movements.
For me, what really helped was a combo of:
• Daily banded external rotations (3x15, slow tempo)
• Scapular wall slides and serratus work
• 2 IU HGH before bed for about 8 weeks (made a surprising difference for recovery and tissue softness)
• Collagen + Vit C protocol every morning
Sleep and hydration also matter way more than I expected.
