This board looks wicked, everyone from IFBB pro's to newbies like me lol. I'm wondering about Bodyopus (I've done it with great success), instead of waiting every 5 days to Carb up, can I Carb up every 3rd day instead? I know I'll be just going into Ketosis and then getting out of it just as quick, but can I lose the fat just as effectively? I understand the whole Leptin refeed issue, but cutting Carbs for 2 days and then Carbing up be of any benefit?
