I recently came into a huge amount <20lbs> of UN-flavored whey protein isolate every 28g serving is 25g of protein but i can think of any good ways to drink it without just gagging it down in some milk... i want to use it to diet so i cant be adding all sorts of fancy things like chocolate syrup or anything unfortunatly! anyone have any ideas?? id like to use it as a meal replacement.. thanks guys
 
blend it with one or two tablespoons all natty peanut butter...


or use some splenda, cinnamon, and non fat milk....


(one for low carb one for low fat...)
 
i never thought of the banannas thanks alot... i was also thinking of blending it with carb counters chocolate milk any thoughts on that??
 
Just mix it with any flavored crystal light drink.
 
crystal light is cool, but damn i cut too much weight if i drink that instead of milk, lol!

you dont seem like an endomorph at all dude. if you cut up by combining bananas(carbs) and peanut butter(fats)... and you lose size too quick if your not drinking milk.....lol..sound like an ECTOMORPH to me.
 
ok so heres what ive been playing with just thought id see what the rest of you guys thought.. how does this look for a meal replacement in a carb cycling diet?

14oz of calorie countdown chocolate milk

2x 28g scoops of unflavored whey protein isolate

1 splenda packet

1/8 tsp of liquid mint extract

Calories = 368

Protein= 64g

Fat= 23g

Carbs= 24g
 
The best thing i ever di was use Jello flavored sugar free instant pudding mix. You have so many different flavors and it is awesome. My favorite is the banana cream and protein. I just mix it with fat free milk. And if your not trying to lose weight go with yahoo chocolate milk and protein.
