Alright, hear me out. We’re all busy—work, gym, meal prep... who’s got time to chew all day? My secret weapon? Blending proteins. Yeah, you read that right. I toss chicken and tuna into a blender, add plenty of water (key to not gagging), and boom—liquid gains.

Pro tip: Don't skimp on the water unless you're into chunky smoothies with texture. Trust me, no one wants to dry-scoop their chicken. It’s not pretty.

Sure, it’s not gourmet, but it saves time and keeps the macros on point. Give it a whirl (pun intended) and thank me later when you’re chugging your way to gains. 🐓🐟➡️💪
 
If memory serves.....There is a member here....a heavy type guy....that has posted about how he has put tuna in a blender with orange juice and then drank it. I don't think I have ever wanted to up my protein intake quite that badly.
 
hey it sounds nasty but it works for those that have a hard time getting in the food. I competed when younger and won several smaller shows but needed to gain weight and had a problem digesting. We did not have all of the fancy crao they have today, some of the monsters I lifted with that were ifbb pros blended some meals and got me doing it for a time when I was attempting to gain. It was much more tolerable for my digestion which is huge.

Yep, I remember that.

I just don’t chew much if it’s that much of a hurry. Food goes down all the same without a blender.
 
Blending is amazing when done right!

Every day, I blend two meals using 2 cups of egg whites, 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of sweet potato, and half a cup of blueberries.

Makes it easy to pack in plenty of calories.

I once tried blending chicken and peanut butter, it was so awful I gave up!

Only time I blended meals was when I had my jaw wired shut from an accident. Anything to taste my favorite foods again. On the hospital it was miso soup, beef broth, chicken broth and dairy free Boost drinks... Got home and started blending and sucking it down the straw lmao
 
I 100% agree with OP, I just don't have time to eat delicious food, so I got a blender. I was also wasting too much time fucking my beautiful wife, so I let her get a boyfriend, and I do much more efficient masturbation sessions. The Boyfriend is also using my wasteful ford raptor so I can efficiently run to work!
 
I’ll take the time to meal prep a few days worth of food before I go blending my meats in a blender 😂

Aside from greens / fruit smoothies, maybe with whey mixed in, the whole idea is revolting IMO. Aesthetics matter, and there’s just something gross and wrong about liquifying meals that should be eaten with a fork. There is something spiritually wrong with chicken shakes, srs.

Chewing is also important for digestion. I have a strong suspicion that bodybuilders with tight waists and great digestion year-round are not the ones resorting to this.
