OK, so if this is the case hows this look for my eating schedule for the day?
8am - 10iu Humalin R – drink 50g protein, 100g malto/dext, 5g creatine, 6g bcaa’s over a 30-45min period of time.

2pm - 10iu Humalin R- same shake over 30-45min period of time.
5pm - Solid food meal – 50-60 g protein and 40-50g carbs (yam, baked potato, veggies)
8pm - 10iu Humalin R- same shake over 30-45min
11pm - 50-60g protein 40-50g carbs (veggies mostly, small baked potato or yam)
12:30- bedtime shake then sleep – 50g protein about 5-10g carbs
Last question. Does humalin R have unpredictable spikes sometimes like humalog does? Theres been times when I did everything right with timing meals and nutrients, and still felt myself startin to go hypo. If I feel hypo startin, just proceed as I would with humalog? ( glucose tabs, soda, chocolate )
