well, in my opinion, a man who is 6 ft 1 should be able to achieve 200 lbs (minimum) at 12% or less without the aid of steroids, through proper diet/rest/training. The fact that your at 170 says to me your diet is probably lacking.
Without having approached your natural max then it will be more difficult for you to maintain any gains from this cycle long term. But more importantly, without the proper diet you will have difficulty gaining much at all on this cycle.
If you are to continue your cycle then you need to chow on 4000 clean calories per day and 350 g of protein (of which no more than 100 g should come from shakes (and thats on the high side)). There is much more to it than just that (read up on the site there is a ton of diet advice and info) but that will get you headed in the right direction.
I can say this with a high degree of confidence: Without looking at your diet and adjusting your food intake to reflect being "on cycle", your gains will be minimal. You only get one first cycle, make the best of it.
