So I'm moving on from MMA competition to Bodybuilding. My current nutrition plan isn't really all too focused on producing mass :-/ I eat a protein shake with a handful of walnuts and a scoop of instant oatmeal on top of a normal breakfast (Eggs and whatever else I may throw in). Lunch is whatever I can get, usually sushi and a protein shake, and dinner is usually chicken or beef with a whole grain Quinoa (An excellent substitue for rice). I would love some advice on what I should eat and supplements. I'll post the cycle I want to take in a few. Heres some pics of me currently.
