So I'm moving on from MMA competition to Bodybuilding. My current nutrition plan isn't really all too focused on producing mass :-/ I eat a protein shake with a handful of walnuts and a scoop of instant oatmeal on top of a normal breakfast (Eggs and whatever else I may throw in). Lunch is whatever I can get, usually sushi and a protein shake, and dinner is usually chicken or beef with a whole grain Quinoa (An excellent substitue for rice). I would love some advice on what I should eat and supplements. I'll post the cycle I want to take in a few. Heres some pics of me currently.

Heres the prospective cycle:

WEEKS 1-6: Methanabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-8: Deca Durabolin 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-8: Sustanon 750mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days

WEEK 11 : 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 12 : 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
 
Do some more research on the diet side of things and also your training plans. There is a lot to consider when looking at BBing. AAS is not the only thing!! I would even recommend training and nutrition before AAS. You have not even got started yet and you are looking at using gear. I would explore the serious training aspect of BBing first for at least one to two solid years before you dive in to the deep end. I know you trained MMA but that is totally different to the world of BBing. Give this some more thought and maybe take the dollars you would spend on a cycle and Pay someone like PHIL HERNON from this board to train you. he gets his clients results and does not rely on drugs to get them! Just my advise to you.
